Premiere of voice and piano version:  September 14, 1991, Bearsville Theatre, Bearsville, New York.
Premiere of orchestral version:  June 10, 1993, Peter Schickele and David Düsing with Ken’s Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Ken Jean, at Carnegie Hall (part of the Toyota Comedy Festival).
Selected performances:  December 26 and 27, 2001 at Avery Fisher Hall in New York City.
